Daisy Karimi Ndwiga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a distinguished law career and vast experience in legal matters spanning over years. She is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Strathmore University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Advocates Training Programme) from the Council of Legal Education at the Kenya School of Law.
Daisy Karimi is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, an associate arbitrator at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArB) and a holds a Certificate in Public Procurement Laws and Policies from the Kenya School of Law.
As a robust litigation counsel, Miss Karimi, has successfully handled numerous cases before Kenyan courts, from the subordinate courts, all the way to the Courts of higher Jurisdiction in Kenya. Her major areas of interest include: International Finance Law and Regulation, Devolution Laws, Employment and Labour Relations Law, Conveyancing Law and Practice, Constitution and Human Rights Law, Administrative Law and Judicial Review proceedings, Legal research, ADR and Legislative drafting.
Daisy Karimi is fluent in English, Kiswahili and Embu thus able to handle various jurisdictions and backgrounds. She is dedicated, results-oriented and has immense passion for the law.
